A Swinging Success
2022 Annual Golf Tournament
More than 250 golfers gathered at the scenic Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club on Monday, May 16 to compete in the 2022 Annual Golf Tournament. Golfers enjoyed 18 holes of golf, a driving range and putting contest, and a variety of restaurant offerings and spirit tastings.
Ranked number one in the Orange County Business Journal’s listing of top charity golf tournaments in 2020 and the top three for three consecutive years, the tournament raised more than $560,000 to support the Providence St. Joseph Hospital Heart and Vascular Center.
During the dinner and reception, guests were thrilled to be back in person to connect and celebrate the tournament and raffle winners. “We were blessed to be back in person with friends, colleagues and sponsors on such a beautiful day,” said Joseph Conway, president of Diversified Investment Services, Inc., and co-chair of the tournament.
“We are grateful to our title sponsors, Centaurus Financial Inc. and Cigna,” says John Cebula, cochair of the tournament. “Their generosity, and that of all of our sponsors and supporters, makes this one of the most anticipated and successful tournaments in Orange County.”
Chief executive of Providence St. Joseph, Jeremy Zoch, agrees. “The support of our community and all of the hard work that goes into this tournament make it a first-class event supporting the Cardiovascular Program, which is leading the way in diagnosing, preventing and treating cardiovascular conditions in Orange County.”
