Specialty Training
Goal: $1.5 million
Whether it’s emergency, surgery, critical care, cardiology, oncology, or any other area, specialty training is vital to keep nurses up-to-date. With donor support, we can help continue their education through training workshops, seminars and conferences. 
Technological Tools
Goal: $4.5 million
Healthcare technology innovations are best used by skilled and caring nurses. While the best patient care always starts with compassion and a strong clinical aptitude, the ability to create high-quality, caring experience is often enhanced using advanced medical technology and devices. 
Continuous Education
Goal: $2.5 million
Nursing Excellence means continuous education. Patients receive better care and clinical outcomes are improved when the majority of a hospital’s nurses have at least a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with an increasing need for nurses with a master’s or doctorate degree.
