It was another swinging success for Providence St. Joseph Hospital Foundation as it hosted its annual golf tournament at the scenic Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club on Monday, May 15. A total of 248 golfers were treated to an exciting day on the greens with 18 holes of golf, contest holes, a variety of food and spirit tastings and a post-game cocktail reception.

The 2023 tournament raised more than $466,000 and counting to support new lifesaving medical innovations for various specialties within the hospital, such as minimally invasive technologies and enhanced visualization devices. The tournament’s incredible fundraising success has earned recognition from the Orange County Business Journal, making its Top Five list of charity golf tournaments for four consecutive years.

“Every year, we look forward to this day shared with friends and like-minded individuals who are committed to helping Providence St. Joseph excel as a nationally recognized hospital,” said Joe Conway, chair of the tournament. “It was an honor to lead the committee once again in planning this exciting event.”
